The HBV cccDNA qPCR assay kit is a real-time PCR assay for the quantification of bisulfite-converted (BS) hepatitis B virus (HBV) covalently closed circular DNA (cccDNA). The kit provides reagents optimized for rapid and sensitive detection using the Roche LightCycler® 480.
Product Details
The PCR kit is intended to quantify HBV cccDNA after bisulfite conversion. The kit utilizes LightCycler 480 Probes Master for quantification on Roche LightCycler® 480. Reagents in kit includes assay mix and standard control DNA templates. There are sufficient amount of reagents for 50 reactions.
The kit does not contain LightCycler 480 Probes Master or bisulfite conversion reagents.
