The Spike-in DNA control kit is intended to be used with the Artificial Spike-in DNA Quantification kit. The Spike-in DNA template is added to the sample before isolation. The quantification kit subsequently measures the yield of the Spike-in DNA template after isolation, providing an assessment of isolation efficiency. The kit includes Spike-in DNA template and Spike-in input stabilizer. There is a sufficient amount of reagents for 50 reactions.
