The SEPT9 Short Amplicon Methylation specific qPCR kit is a one-step, real-time PCR assay for the quantification of the methylated SEPT9. The kit provides reagents optimized for rapid and sensitive detection using the LightCycler® 480 instrument (Roche).
Product Details
The SEPT9 Short Amplicon Methylation specific qPCR kit is intended to quantify the methylated SEPT9. The kit utilizes a once-step approach (LightCycler® 480 SYBR Green Master I) for quantification of PCR products on Roche’s LightCycler® 480 platform. Reagents in the kit include primers, and controls sufficient for 50 reactions.
The kit does not contain LightCycler® 480 SYBR Green Master I.
