The GSTP1 Short Amplicon Methylation specific qPCR kit is a two-step, real-time PCR assay for detecting methylated GSTP1 gene promoter. The kit provides reagents optimized for rapid and sensitive detection using the HotStart TaqPlus Polymerase (Qiagen) and the LightCycler® 480 instrument (Roche).
Product Details
The GSTP1 Short Amplicon Methylation specific qPCR kit is intended to quantify the methylation GSTP1 gene promoter. The kit utilizes a two-step approach for quantification of PCR products on Roche’s LightCycler® 480 platform. Reagents in the kit include first and second step primers, methylation-specific probe, and controls sufficient for 50 reactions.
The kit does not contain LightCycler® 480 Probe Master.
