The HBV2300 core PCR Kit is a real-time PCR assay for the quantification of HBV DNA. The kit provides reagents optimized for rapid and sensitive detection using the Roche LC480 instrument.
Product Details
The HBV2300 core PCR kit is intended to quantify HBV DNA Genotype C at the start site of the polymerase gene. The kit utilizes a Taqman probe for quantification of PCR products on Roche Light Cycler 480 platform. Reagents in kit includes primer, probe, cloned HBV genome as the positive control and negative control DNA sufficient for 50 reactions.
The kit does not contain Light Cycler 480 Probes Master.
