Dion Chen, Ph.D.

Dr. Chen advises JBS Science in the area of biostatistics.  Dr. Chen obtained his PhD in the Department of Statistics at North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC and his post-doctoral fellow training in the School of Industrial and System Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. Since then, Dr. Chen has been working as a Biostatistician in industry. He has more than 20 years of experience as a biostatistician and more than 10 years of experience focusing on the field of cancer biomarker study design, data analysis for biomarker discovery, and validation. As a member of the scientific advisory committee, he provides guidance in study design, sample size calculation, data analysis, and interpretation.
