The HCC NGS hyb panel is a hybridization capture panel intended for research of hepatocellular carcinoma and it’s known hot-spot and driver gene mutations in frozen tissue, FFPE tissue, body fluid (such as blood, urine, and saliva) and cell culture.

The list of 16 genes targeted in the panel are: ALB, APC, APOB, ARID1A, ARID2, AXIN1, CTNNB1, JEAP1, KMT2D, LRP1B, NFE2L2, PCLO, RB1, TERT promoter, TP53, and TSC2.
